If the item is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team before returning any item.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order from Tenth Street Hats, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The specific cost depends on the courier you choose.

If the item you receive is damaged or incomplete due to our reasons, the consumer is not responsible for the resulting shipping costs.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be returned.

How to return
Please contact our customer service team and send the order number, name, address to our customer service team for verification. After approval, submit an exchange or return request and attach your order number.
